This is a very interesting story here. I have linking in Mary Greeley and Dahboo777 from You Tube who also followed this story. Before I watched or read anything the first thing that came to my mind was ‘Can Russia Really Afford This?’ They are not in a good fiscal position right now with sanctions biting them hard (I wouldn’t take that to the bank) Daboo, a brilliant guy I follow on You Tube stated it was his belief the World somewhere already has this, I tend to agree. Gut feeling same as Daboo. I have always just assumed all the DNA of life on Earth, Living, Dying out species and the dead are kept somewhere. I did a little research on Plum Island in New York where ex German Scientists were taken to the USA after WWIIII. The US I am told are today breaking the Geneva convention.

I mention it in there somewhere. Plum Island has produced many strange things, the most famous is the Montauk Monster (Image below) that washed ashore on a beach near the business district of Montauk, New York in July 2008. I have done some research on Bio-Warfare and the Plum Island Scientific Centre is a place where there could be or may be in the future a strain of ‘Something’ that is dangerous to the World or just the USA. I am now asking if this article here has any more legs. They are said to be moving the centre to Kansas. So we must turn the coin around (Good practice) and ask the question ‘What are Russia really doing’
