DHS Offers $500 Bounty On Preppers

Homeland Security has posted signs to encourage people to report anyone they see buying ammunition, flash lights, match containers, gas masks or anything else of a “prepper nature”. NY state troopers are asking businesses to snitch on neighbors who are acting “suspiciously”. They are paying $500 to the snitches.
Is this the beginning of the cultivation of mankind? Why would Homeland Security want to know who’s buying what? I smell a rat and it isn’t my neighbor. This is ALARMING!!!
For $500 would you tell the state if you see “suspicious prepper activity”?

• Provide identification that is inconsistent or suspect or
demands identity “privacy”.
• Insist on paying with cash or uses credit card(s) in different
name(s).
• Make bulk purchases of items to include:
– Weatherproofed ammunition or match containers.
– Meals Ready to Eat (MREs).
– Night Vision Devices; night flashlights; gas masks.
– High capacity magazines.
– Bi-pods or tri-pods for rifles.
