Remember years ago when weathermen were just wrong 85% of the time, and no one cared because we expected them to be wrong?
Back then, being a weather person meant you could maintain a 15% accuracy rate - and still be allowed to keep your job...
Well today, we have more sophisticated techniques for detecting and predicting weather trends - and also have technology available to CREATE and CONTROL weather trends - which have been more often than not, utilized by the Kabball, in recent years.
The combination of HAARP and Geo-engineering chemtrails have devastating effects on natural weather patterns.
Since the big snow event did NOT happen as predicted, in eastern usa - is there a sleight chance that no one actually had a hand on the levers this time, and the snow catastrophe attack they WANTED to create just could not be - with nature left to itself?
Is there a chance the Kabball was PREVENTED this time around from exercising their devastating weather creating/control techniques?
That would be a welcome change of pace.
