MONSTER Solar Eruption Seen by NASA's SDO Feb. 24
Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) captured a powerfull prominence eruption off the southeast limb on Tuesday morning (Feb 24).
Because of the non Earth facing position, an Earth directed coronal mass ejection (CME) is highly unlikely.
